Hi Kit, Interesting analysis. With what your saying, wouldnt it be factored into the stock already?
To hit 30, it would need to fall 10+%??

If it does go below 30.. a good hard look will be needed. Getting a grasp of insurance is not easy - especially looking into a portfolio of JV's (well, so to speak - you know what I mean) as determining the 'potential' downside is very,, very hard, extremely impossible actually.
Below 30 though - at least making some determination against the investments it holds is feasible.
