    the issue is the quasar stockpiling.

    everything would have been completely different for alliance resources if the uranium that was taken out of the ground and put into drums was sold on a term contract or sold on the spot market.

    sisyphus you are the one saying hat Q/HG exploited a vulnerability. if you believe Q/HG exploited a vulnerability then shouldn't you want to have this exploitation addressed?
