And that was the problem, AGS had no say in anything concerning the running of B4M. Seems they signed all their rights over to Q when the signed the JV agreement. No court was ever going to override that. Maybe IG's little knowledge of the law was the problem, thought the first JV agreement was even worse than the second one.
All I see that came out of the cap raising was Abbottsleigh increasing their stake in AGS very cheaply. He did the same with ORS before he took it over.
