i think you are forgetting that you and i have something in common in that you took the time to contact a regulator too.
with regard to my suggested buyback it was not to be taken in isolation.
if you looked at the ags share registry back then you would have seen that firstly it could have done with a bit of tidying up (prob still does) via a buyback and if that large number of shareholders with a small amount of shares was eliminated and then alliance sat down and talked turkey with quasar re the sale of the 25% four mile interest then the return to the "genuine" ags four mile focused shareholders could have been quite acceptable.
