I think you could pretty much read between the lines when AGS put out a statement saying accept the offer or else the case would be reopened and the judgement handed down. Even those who attended the last court case were saying AGS were pretty much stuffed. Pity no one attended the most important day but our little mate Eshum fixed that didn't he. Scared off our court reporters with threats of legal action.

I don't think so though they settled the Native Title one out of court. Small victory which was clearly an abuse of power from Q/H again.

As I've said before ASIC don't give a stuff, federal and state politicians don't give a stuff and I'm pretty sure the ACCC won't give a stuff either. But go ahead, write to them, tell us how it goes.
But stop counting the drums of uranium coming out of B4M. AGS don't have any claim over them. They sold the lease including the stockpiled uranium, that's why we all got 12 cents a share.
