We all know it was unfair but really do you think they will go back now and hand it over to AGS?
It was obvious to everyone at the time why Q/H were stockpiling but the courts didn't care. That's just they way the big boys do business. AGS had practically signed a contract where Q/H could do whatever they wanted.
Remember the fraud case where Neal and Heathgate were found guilty of falsifying cost figures so as to break contracts. Sure they lost but they still came out a couple of hundred million in front. Neal was happy with the result. No incentive there to not try it again. And guess what he wins again! The law is an arrse and it is there to protect the rich and powerful. And in this case Neal is richer and more powerful than Ian.
