no surprise on my end - company has history of "vague" ANN's IMO - even in its previous life as newera!! nothing changed IMO - and the latest CR shows the mentality here - look after your own and stuff the SH's otherwise why all the freebie options - all IMO.
as for change at the top - great incentives for the newbie but will be interesting to see if he can change the fortunes of the company as IMO the major SH's will be keeping a close "eye" on what he does - all IMO so DYOR and form your own opinions.
why is SP where it is - well look at nature of the ANN's (current and past) and inconsistencies as one in particular correctly pointed out by @ceh2009 - I think its a concern for a lot more than a few SH's and potential SH's, look at situation with "partners" and IMO more there than meets the eye and will what has occurred have an adverse impact in doing business in that country - guess time will tell.
