This week I think it is worth watching for any announcements of changes in shareholdings (increase or decrease) from any large holders which might have taken place over the past few days. That could be a useful indicator. Also whether any comment comes out of Polish gov't, ie not the MoE or Bogdanka/JSW, regarding its support or otherwise of international investment in local sector. Some info from PDZ would be helpful but I'm not sure they will be able to add much except some idea of the timeline of court proceedings.
Leaning towards this being a buying opportunity but yet to pull the trigger...
