dhimurru - i think if you had great results you'd release them (ad market rules say you'd have to), then do a cap raise.
That way if say the price had doubled, you could raise the money you needed at say half the dilution. The price rising would be reward enough to existing shareholders.
They may well have good results to come - i hope so. Which may be another reason why only a small amount is raised and not overly dilutive, just enough to keep the wheels spinning and waiting for the results to come in.
