Maybe it's Jason Brewer. He needs a vehicle to launch his Lithium, Cobalt, you name it (lol) operations. JKA has a minute MC and so is perfect for him to obtain 5% and then oust the board as he is trying to do over on BKP but has just had his face slapped by the existing board. Keep and eye out for "Substantial Holder" notices. If not him then it could easily be someone else. But it is his MO.
