    I agree with westhx.It's probably AGL.
    I believe that they can buy up to 19.99% without making a binding takeover offer.
    MOS is good shopping at $0.15 for AGL. No downside risk if the $0.15 deal goes ahead and if there is another bid that needs trumping they are already sitting on a tidy parcel which they have bought at $14.5&15.
    (I hope that I'm wrong and we get another bid)
