The last sentence in the quarterly sais Feasibility Study (FS), it is the highest level of study before being a Bankable Feasibility Study which I suspect comes complete with all the required approvals (which you need to present to a bank)...the FS capex and opex will be accurate to +/- 10 - 15%.
