    Yes Oscarwon capital raising unlikely to happen at this point following 5% sale of stake to MEO and raising of proceeds for this...

    Got to remember for any capital raising Albers would/should participate and given largest shareholder doubt he would be looking to contribute more to the coffers at this point....
