Remember all-Alinta shares have attatched another security that says you have lent BBP (Alinta) abuck.That is for the uninitiated one dollar of debt.So any restructuring barring admin will have to take that into account.
Yes,it's mostly undocumented,but you can bet no shareholders going to give up on that buck unless they see some value back. I won't vote for anything that doesn't see atleast that buck taken into consideration in any recapitalistion or takeover
it's going to be a fun ride. Lets hope this years profits are better than reiterated $288 and theyhave accummulated a truck load of retail customers.
Face it if your getting $35 per megawatt as a generator and get $120 plus selling it to a homewowner,for the cost of the accounting=what a moneyspinner over a year.
