I don't envisage a BLY takeover happening in toto. Simple reason; who would want to buy this dog, and then have the mammoth task of trying to transform this company of a few thou employees! Who would want that risk? BLY's incompetence could in fact be protection from a takeover!

I think what is more likely is a takeover of their more valuable subsidiaries or arms like their products division i.e. take the gold nuggets then leave us with the dirt.
