    I think the Canada thing will be like the Y2K bug. Maybe im being overly simplistic but looks like just adding a parent on top of a parent entity.

    Still can't figure out the why though, but if in doubt its usually always tax related.
    Which is positive I think because managing tax affairs is only applicable to profitable companies.
