    My conspiracy is the USA are behind the oil price to stop Putins' Russia. Russia is the worlds largest supplier of oil and a massive world power. The push to allow Iran back in the oil market came from Obama and was a historically weird circumstance as USA have been the one suppressing Iran. World powers are dividing up the middle east could be world war from this.
