There are many , many game changers that can and will come into play , and a lot of undercover stuff that we wont know about , this is the Worlds most important and valuable commodity and many Machiavelian games are being played . But in the end its all about money , there are many oil exporting countries already in deep poverty and in danger of collapse . And there is the depletion rate , every year the World oil depletion is about 1.5 bl bls , and with no money for E & D. that figure builds and builds . Furthermore the Worlds consumption rate increases by 1.3 bl bls . In fact the over supply verses the consumption is only 800,000 mb less than 1.% This is already a tight market . The problem is storage . When we see the rate of storage reduce , which will be later this year , its game on , but if you gamble , and wait and watch , you could IMO miss out on the deal of a lifetime , These big world events don't happen to often , People like Warren Buffett , and Jack Bogel, and Jim Rogers will tell you that .
