Some solid truths there goldbear.
RSG are yet to deliver, but I'm confident they will. The area that has been of most concern is the management of Capital and possibly the management in general since their previous CEO stepped down. The power plant is a good example and a question I'd like to understand from the company. Reports suggested that 3 years ago they had built most of the infrastructure for a powerline interconnection and had agreements on the table with the Mali Govt, but shelved it? Why? Now their spending many more $MM on a hybrid plant?
Either way, in six months they'll be making a lot of cash.
