    What they do is send you a letter saying that if they don't receive a letter from you saying you wish to keep your unmarketable parcel, they will sell it and send you the money. This happened to me with a small amount of ADY shares I had in one of my accounts. Any company can do this; it's an ASX rule. And it's very annoying. And it's common. CVN also did it to me a few years ago before they started having all their lucky strikes and the share price was languishing.
