Dioro's US ADR program was supposed to end in February, with holders of ADRs given the choice of converting to Australian DIO shares, or selling them. That date has long passed, with no news, no form to fill in. I hold Dioro ADRs myself, and my query to the Bank of New York simply resulted in my being sent the earlier notice with the February date. Now get this: one of the Australian directors of DIO, whom I emailed, claimed not to know anything about the closure of the ADR program!
