Hi Tweets and Oze,

I am a longterm holder as well, and have been wondering for sometime why the market could not see the value in EXS. As for today's announcement from IVA - I saw that as an address to IVA holders who may have been asking why they settled for a price so close to cash backing when the honey pot was so large and the assets of the company show so much potential. I also not that the sp of IVA has suffered since the deal with SOL was announced.

As for the honey pot, and why management did not carry out a buy back, I can only assume that they have other uses in mind for the cash. I feel more positive than ever about the future for EXS knowing that mangement were aware that IVA wanted to divest as to me it indicates that there are enough shares in the hands of friendlies to stop SOL from gaining control.
