ideally if we can get some time line update on Min Res plans, what their plan of attack is, what tests they are doing and when results are expected to be released.

Would like to see Mike comment on the the obligation to produce graphite within 3 years. is that an estimation of how long it will take? is it just a safe time frame? do Min Res plan to deliver sooner?

if they have to produce 88k tonnes in 3 years would be reasonable to think construction would beed to start around the 2 year mark??
