please see discussion on ITC thread. VPE own 60% of the fairway. They dont own 60% of ITC. They now own 10.18% of ITC through recent purchases which could be the start of a csh and script bid or a blocking stake to prevent someone else ( e.g Santos ) from taking out ITC.
My view is that VPE will want to take over ITC. In the meantime the 10.18% stake in ITC by VPE is extremely good insurance.
