Here are the possibilities (not ranked by probability):
1. TSX listing, 'merger'.
2. Funding - placement, rights issue or combination. Debt (highly unlikely).
3. Very good exploration results from either Splinter, Cardelena or both.
All three items on the menu would be good news.
