I guess it is as effective as any other method used here, the most popular being subliminal say one is coming enough times to the Company and it will come. Also the other scientific method popular here is wishing, wish hard enough and the announcement will say what you want it to say, sadly I think neither method has been proven, so introducing another method I don't think hurts!
