Someones accumulating which doesn't surprise me.

I've noticed the stock price is starting to sneak up slowly with some interesting market depth manipulation going on, typical of a professional buyer at work.

It doesn't surprise me at these levels. Austco has been busy ramping up in the US, getting the required approvals and infrastructure in place to take on the heavyweights of the very protected US nurse call market.
If they succeed at this and they are getting very close then the share price will rocket. A take over bid may even be possible as the traditional nurse call companies attempt to protect their market share.

This may not be obvious to the lay person but its dam obvious to those in the industry.
