Hard to see why - the company is 60% owned by IVN who wont sell into a fire sale - so a takeover isnt on - the cap raising has just happened so they have cash for the next $150m of their developments - 12-18 months worth. My theory remains an insto has hit a stop loss and is reducing their position into a thin market.
