If those votes are dodgy, why had the EGM still go ahead ? And why would Carson still lodge court action after the EGM results are published ? Seem to me Carson is a sore loser and tries all means to pull down / delay whatever current management tried to do good for the company-as I said before, childish action .
Not sure if Priest is a shareholder, if not I think you should tell Carson to back off and move on. As a shareholder I want the SP to move up, but with so many monkeys behind it's back what chance has it got !
