I don't think Thaler has the funds to continue the legal battle. If he did, wouldn't it be over already? Didn't the Judge say he wanted to resolve the matter quickly? Something smells about that doesn't it. When exactly will it be over? Another week extension? 2 weeks? The question has gone unanswered many times.
What happens if the Judge orders Thaler to pay all the legal costs? Oh well, I hope you didn't lose too much of your own money.
