I'd imagine the 200M sell earlier will have given some other big holders cold feet... it was bound to look like a market-signal.
I'm not aware of any fundamental reason other than La Jolla exiting, so I bought another few million at bargain rates just then.
In my opinion a worthwhile buy if you can get a few at 0.1c
