I hear you Bigsy, I hope they have sold some oceanique apartments. And wonder what kind of valuation they can get on point grey now that it is fully approved with marina. Correct me if Im wrong but they have all the approvals in place till like 2050, should definitely be worth something especially when compared to the market cap of the company?
