Thought it may have been related to meeting outcomes. Some big abstain votes so I guess there are some who will want out. On the other hand now that the insiders have got their cheap shares probably time to pump it up a bit. It no doubt served their purpose to have the share price down near the issue price to make it look as though they weren't getting such a good deal.
