thats how i interpreted the post and thus why i posed the question of insolvency. it seems the mods did aswell.

As you are aware TAM has had the ability to pay all debts to date and as such hase never been insolvent.

Sure you can argue forever in a day that they may have only been able to do this due to capital raisings, i wont arggue there, but either way they have still been able to aquire funds to pay debts.

I agree ASIC is a toothless tiger but they also cant act on what they dont know, ie the constant posts on the TAM thread BUT NEVER a complaint to ASIC.. i pose the question why? are the questions raised just dorothy dixers and the answer already know or are they scaremongering?


p.s. Not sure which capital raisings you've seen but my opinion of big kohuna would be something like FMG billion dollar +. Sort of dwarfs TAM's 30mil now doesn't it.
