I did not say that TAM is insolvent and I am sure any experienced public company director knows from past history ASIC is hopeless in its prosecutions, particularly up against the usual highly (over-paid) ferral defence lawyers.
That aside, the test of solvency is being able to pay debts as and when they fall due. The TAM quarterly would suggest that if things did not change in a hurry, that definition might be taxing a few minds soon.
The issue here is cash over the next two months, not spectacular intercepts 280 metres underground as worthy and blue sky as that may be.
I expect another big kohuna capital raising soon, but it will be tough to get away
