I hear on the grapevine that there is an extraordinary shareholder's meeting in early Feb (because of 28 days noytice to be given) to vote on several changes. There will be a different looking board, there is a new very big investor on board, and I beleive that the Syney warehouse is on temporary hold while we set a new one up in Victoria. Why?- because we have won a very big contract there, and need to set up to service it and others.
There are a couple of companies who want to do a JV or merger too.
I'm quite confident about all the workings behind the scenes, and we will resume trading after the meeting I'm told. There are still a few contracts to be signed, but not sure what they pertain to.
