In case you are not aware, the judgement has been delivered back in December (see my post from a few days back) and Wednesday is meant to be just about costs. My only concern is that Ample Source were meant to file submissions about who they thought should pay costs by 8 Feb and this does not appear to have been done. I hope it doesn't slow things down and the judge says that since submissions were not filed they can each pay their own costs. I'd hate to see this drag out for something as minor as this.
