Hey guys..thanks heaps and for your input / research also.
Yep...I do believe its worth a punt...bit more than a punt for me...happy to buy more now and just hold as reckon it will get past to 20c area.
Right on Mac about those 2 largest holders Barnaby Investments Pty Ltd and TM Consulting Pty Ltd as they are the ones that both took up the rights issue.
Datadot seems to be trying to stop them through the takeover panel. See below.
I would say they are working in unison with each other to try grab the company.
Its definitely something to watch for us who are buying DDT for a couple of reasons
They have been trying to buy up heaps of them
DDT is on the rise and so far they have been un-succesful in pushing a takeover
They make a hostile takeover bid
If it goes hostile then they may be offering a good price for the shares down the track to secure a takeover.
Personally¡K.I am going to kind of ignore them as I figure if they want to company and they¡¦ve failed to get it where they we¡¦re trying¡Karound the 1c area¡K.and they want it so bad¡K.let them pay 20 or 50c for it.
The company is doing well¡K.actually making money now and yeah I agree with the potential it has..not just in Australia..worldwide and not on one product¡Kbut an amazing amount of products, industry¡¦s, applications.
Then there is the work they have done with the CSIRO which is now being patented and both DDT and CSIRO want it to go commercial¡Kthen the CSIRO seeing potential uses Australia National security wise. Pretty limitless potential imo.
I am happy we saw what happened Friday and can still buy in for a third of where it was before the credit crisis¡K.or even if it goes to 20c¡Kthen DDT getting some solid sales on a larger scope¡K..maybe its heading to 50c again or going to set new highs.
I¡¦m going to keep the gloss away and just keep buying some and some more on any retraces when people profit take or get nervous¡Kthat¡¦s what Bannaby Investments and TM Consulting have been trying to do so they are are obviously seeing the potential also but trying to get the lot heaps cheap.
