It's rare that shares retain their value through a consolidation. This is an exciting deal but I think the offer to shareholders who go through the consolidation would have to be pretty good for the gains to be better than jumping in post consolidation.
I understand the 20/07/2009 announcement said the arrangement included 10 million dollars capital raising @ 20 cents - but there was no mention of this in the recent update, nor was there mention of the 464 million shares in m2m to be issued to carbon planet shareholders.
Need to see the meeting announcement for further info...
