Tight Capital Structure means shares are "tightly held".
Generally this means few shareholders hold a large percentage of the shares in the company..so you might look at what percentage of the company is owned by the top 20...if 80% of company is held by top 20 this is tight.
If 20% is held by top 20 this is fairly open. Can get this info from ann report and prob by ringing company secretary.
