Hey I fully admit I sold out of BPPOAs to fund accumulation of BPOs (after 12mth discount period) - My thinking why wait another six months to buy in at $0.05 when I could pick them up at $0.03 - and offset this purchase price from sale of oppies.

However, what management of any company on the cusp of shooting the moon, and with every thing to gain, would risk their position and possible legal retribution just to double divest company value by a CAP when its already on the rails for $3-4M on exercise, .
