Worth remembering for anyone researching the stock: aside from the calibre of mgmt we now have onboard, Paul Underwood's renumeration is structured as follows:

- Base salary of $100k
- Options incentives
~ Class A: 15M @ 3c, vesting immediately.
~ Class B: 15M @ 3c, upon successful $2M capital raising
~ Class C: 15M @ 4c, upon TNP trading at a 5c vwap for 10 consecutive trading days
~ Class D: 15M @ 4c, upon TNP trading at an 8c vwap for 10 consecutive trading days

Very reasonable base salary package and it's always reassuring to see a director aligning himself with the success of the company, rather than holding minimal shares and taking a grossly inflated salary.
