Maybe , but not if a JV is pending imo. It would make more sense to try and announce that before allowing any dilution at these prices.
Sell side is looking very weak atm. Looks like the run is set to continue. Next stop 25c hopefully, that was where it sat for a while prior to the collapse to 16c ..then 12c etc.
