What is more interesting is that the directors of REL have not seen fit to publish any financials during that three year period, in direct contravention of ASX listing rules, so shareholders have no idea what has happened to that $16.1MM.
ASIC, being asleep at the wheel, seemed singularly disinterested when I raised the matter with them earlier this year.
