I agree the SP is infuriating. The small lots that go through though are too small and too frequent to be small holders - these are computerised trades.
IVN the Canadian parent requires its cash for the Oyu Tolgoi project in Mongolia, so cant spend on re-acquiring IVA. It can (and has) supported strategically thru the recent cap raising after the warrants issued with the IPO matured worthless.
All I can think of is that the selling must be instos forced to sell down in response to internal stop loss rules and they are blindly trickling their stakes out due to illiquidity in the stock ruling out an outright dump of their holdings.
Suspect we are stuck in this limbo until the global growth path in 3 years time becomes more apparent/positive.
Personally I have been buying on the way down but am running out of cash to take advantage of what I believe to be a screaming bargain with a 2-3 year view.
