I think you have to consider the very real likehood they are looking at a serious investment, or being in a position to do so. It is very clear to me they understand ROI. BB mentioned some time ago a desire to be a million oz producer. I still believe that is in the plans but with the requisite margins. I think down the track the divs could be very nice but in the meantime I think there is a strategic growth plan which requires a strong Balance Sheet
