I have to take off but do the numbers...and you'll see that KZL is a business on the repair and far from going bankrupt.
Back in 2009 they had 200 mill in debt and 2 mill in cash.
At present, they have 73 mill in due debt and 80 mill in cash (plus 25 mill coming out of escrow in June from MUX).
