I think that is a definite, not TNR plans though, the investors plans.
Dead give away was this "The company will continue to pursue its Madagascan opportunities and to examine further Australian resource projects that the funding consortium may have available."
the funding consortium already knows what projects it wants.
At 7 mill market cap and some nice tax losses the company is a perfect vehichle for some aspiring business people to become asx listed
Add up all the shares ,options and convertible notes that they will potentially hold as a result of this funding. I think we might be looking at the new owners of TNR poking there head through the door to say hello.
Take into account the chairmans adress to shareholders, with all the thankyou's and acknowledgements, this sounds very much like a farwell speach.
Doesnt mean they will dissapear they just may not be the bosses in the future.
All the above is speculation of course but the ducks seem to be lining up.
Its good in a way, means the company would continue, and while there is life there is hope.
Once again, good luck all. I will keep my eyes on TNR for a while yet
