for me being an outsider coming in to take a small position here I can see possible reasons.
its easy to see that most holders prior to all this new direction would expect answers, much faster.
but for what its worth I am happy to take a shot at answering questions, yet of course all are IMO!


lets start off by firstly saying that to me, the market was only just recently updated in a matter of days ago, regarding this listing so that is why its hard to wonder about such questions so in saying that:

Where is the new SSG company website?
there cannot be a website made up prior to such event so at least the market knew first = better imo!

Why was the company only incorporated 2 weeks ago?
likely because in confidentiality had to be formulated for such transition to a back door company to work.

Why are they getting $100k and 3.7 billion shares?
regardless of what the price says, use those figures to place an expected value on the new build of this Co.
they likely could have chosen various other near de list companies to choose from, so hence the figure.

Where does that leave BUR holders with the minor stake?
I imagine once the structure is set then a consolidation is set or prepped, clearly they are valuing the current BUR shares at the value of whatever the dilution effect is, so to me it will be like the new company, so its easy to do the math here that obviously what they are bringing to the table is also going to value the company at 3/4 approx more than what it is now (hypothetically speaking).


Why are the new Management team not showing their new roles on Linkedin?
more than likely is because the full status or details of what exact roles or positions they are going to play is not known to them whilst the company works through its entry and setup into Bur, so most likely far too pre-mature for such profiles to be broadcasting such unknown roles whilst undergoing developments are in progress I imagine.


again all of the above is IMO, and I am also not saying that I am right, yet at least hopefully it will assist you in seeing views from outside views or plus views whom are coming in or want to come in.
