Hi atk79 - It sounds great on the surface, nano technology is enough to get anyone`s attention, but when you read through the details it does not sound encouraging for existing BUR holders. Also there are way too many question marks on this one:

Where is the new SSG company website?
Why was the company only incorporated 2 weeks ago?
Why are they getting $100k and 3.7 billion shares?
Where does that leave BUR holders with the minor stake?
Why are the new Management team not showing their new roles on Linkedin?

Very poorly done IMO and not a venture I want to be involved with. Anyway i`m sure some of these questions will be answered in the coming weeks and I hope this all pans out well for you, Freehold and other shareholders. All the best.
